PROCESSING TIME

All items are custom made and will require 2-12 weeks for processing of design and stitching. If you need an item sooner, please contact me for a rush delivery quote. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic shipping will be offered via USPS First Class at a flat rate of $5. 
International shipping will be offered via First Class at a flat rate of $15.  

If you are local and would like to bypass shipping cost, use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout for porch pickup.

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the customized portraits/handmade items, returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be offered. If you have any problems with your order, such as damanged or missing items, please contact me. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Protecting your privacy is a top priority.  Crafternoon Stitches will not disclose your name, email address, or other personal information to third parties without your consent.  When you create an order, your name, mailing address, email address, phone number (optional) and payment information is collected to successfully complete your purchase.  This information is used to communicate with you regarding your custom order and to provide shipping updates.
